📋 Role Overview
Let’s be real: most “AI Engineer” roles out there are just writing simple API wrappers. This one isn’t.
We are looking for a Python-first software engineer who knows how to move past basic prompting and build robust, production-grade, LLM-powered applications that actually scale. If you know your way around agent orchestration, advanced RAG optimization, and cloud architecture, you will thrive in this role. You must have successfully shipped at least one LLM-enabled application to production.
🛠 The Core Stack & Ecosystem
- Backend & Systems: Production-grade Python, multi-service repositories, robust APIs, and Docker containerization.
- AI & Agentic Workflows: Advanced agent orchestration, structured outputs, fine-tuning RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Azure (OpenAI/Foundry) OR AWS (Bedrock), including serverless and container runtimes.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
💼 Who You Are
- You have 3 to 10 years of proven experience in backend and AI systems engineering.
- You have a track record of taking at least one LLM-driven product completely from concept to live production.
- You can join quickly, ideally within a 15 to 30-day notice window.
