2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services or enroll in a paid training program. If you are enrolling on behalf of a student under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms and be responsible for the enrollment.
3. Content on Kalinga.ai
3.1 Editorial and Informational Content
Articles, blog posts, news summaries, and analysis published on kalinga.ai (including content in our News, Blog, AI Tech, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude AI sections) are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. While we aim for accuracy, technology and AI industry developments move quickly, and we do not guarantee that all content is current, complete, or error-free.
3.2 Job Listings
Job and internship postings on kalinga.ai (including our “AI Career Hub” listings) are aggregated or submitted by third parties, including hiring companies and partners. Kalinga.ai does not employ candidates for these roles, does not guarantee that any listed position is currently open, and is not responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions, compensation details, or hiring outcomes. Applicants deal directly with the listing employer, and Kalinga.ai is not a party to any resulting employment relationship. 3.3 User-Submitted Content

4. Training Programs and Enrollment
4.1 Program Description
Kalinga.ai periodically offers paid training programs, workshops, and master classes (for example, the “Build Your Own ChatGPT” / LLM Engineering training) covering LLM foundations, agentic AI engineering, and related technical skill paths. Program dates, curriculum, pricing, and seat availability are as described on the relevant program page at the time of registration and are subject to change.
4.2 Fees and Payment
Enrollment fees are as listed on the applicable program page (for example, ₹5,999 for the 2-Day LLM Training Program) and must be paid in full to confirm your seat, unless otherwise stated. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.
4.3 Rescheduling and Cancellation by Kalinga.ai
Kalinga.ai reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any training program due to circumstances such as low enrollment, instructor availability, venue issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (including college examination schedules or other institutional constraints). Where a program is postponed or cancelled by us, registered participants will be notified and offered the choice of transferring their enrollment to the rescheduled batch or receiving a refund, as further described in our refund policy (or, if none is published separately, as communicated at the time of cancellation).
4.4 Cancellation by Participant
Requests to cancel or transfer a paid enrollment should be sent to info@kalinga.ai. Refund eligibility and any applicable processing fees depend on how far in advance of the program start date the request is made; because seats are limited, late cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
4.5 Limited Seats
Programs are offered on a limited-seat basis. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee a seat until payment is confirmed and enrollment is acknowledged by Kalinga.ai.
5. Newsletter and Communications
By subscribing to Kalinga.ai’s newsletter or providing your contact details through a registration form, you consent to receive emails, calls, or messages from us regarding technical content, program updates, and related communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in those emails, or by contacting info@kalinga.ai.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on kalinga.ai — including articles, graphics, logos, page layouts, and the Kalinga.ai name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Kalinga.ai and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except where otherwise credited to a third-party source.
