We’re hiring 2 AI Engineer Bhubaneswar (2–3 years experience) to join our Bhubaneswar team and build production-grade AI systems for enterprise and supply chain use cases.
What you’ll do:
- Design and deploy RAG pipelines using vector stores (Milvus, Qdrant, Pinecone) and LLMs such as GPT and Claude.
- Build multi-step agentic workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and n8n — including prompt engineering, API integrations, and automation chains.
- Fine-tune models using LoRA/Unsloth and optimize pipelines for production scalability.
- Integrate systems via microservices, cloud platforms (Modal/AWS), and Docker.
- Contribute to regional AI initiatives such as Odia voice assistants and NLP tools.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of hands-on AI/ML experience, specifically with RAG systems and agentic frameworks.
- Strong Python and/or JavaScript skills.
- Familiarity with NLP tasks: document search, classification, sentiment analysis, behavioral analysis.
- Experience with vector databases, cloud deployment, and containerization.
- Bhubaneswar-based or willing to relocate. Candidates from Odisha are given preference.
