About the Role
Qualcomm is hiring an Engineer / Associate Engineer to join its AI Platform team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates and early-career engineers passionate about building scalable backend systems and working with cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Bachelor’s or Master’s from a reputed institution qualcomm
- Strong academic record, preferably CGPA/GPA of 8.5+ qualcomm
- 0–1 year of experience — exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply qualcomm
- Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, DBMS, and Object-Oriented Programming qualcomm
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code with strong problem-solving skills qualcomm
- Understanding of backend systems, software engineering principles, and development best practices qualcomm
- Passion for learning AI technologies and building impactful software solutions qualcomm
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Programming: Python, Java (preferred), C++, or similar qualcomm
- Backend Development: REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask, microservices, distributed systems qualcomm
- Databases: SQL, NoSQL, data modeling, and vector databases qualcomm
- AI/ML: Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals, hands-on Generative AI experience qualcomm
- LLMs: Prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, model orchestration frameworks qualcomm
- Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP qualcomm
