About the Role
You’ll own the ad strategy and execution across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels — from campaign setup and audience targeting to budget management and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms
- Define targeting strategies, audience segments, and budgets to maximize ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, creatives, and targeting based on data
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Track and report on key metrics — CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions
- Collaborate with the content and design teams on ad creatives and messaging
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
- Stay current with platform updates, ad policies, and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization
- Experience with ad platform tools: Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with creative and content teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other B2B ad platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Experience managing ad budgets for tech/SaaS or AI-related products
