What You’ll Do
- Turn ideas into working, deployed AI systems
- Build and scale LLM-powered applications, agents, and RAG pipelines
- Make smart calls on performance, scalability, and cost tradeoffs
- Move fast in an experimental, iterative environment where shipping matters
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, autonomous agents, or RAG architectures
- A builder’s mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Solid engineering fundamentals for production-grade deployments
Bonus Points
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph or similar)
- Track record of optimizing AI systems for real-world production use
